What is the Career & Transition Support Program?
The aim of this program is to assist youth, parents and educators to obtain information such as trends in industry, careers and jobs available, and pathways into these careers.

Example:
‘Bridging the Gap’, a two day event where students are provided with presentations and workshops on topics such as applying for a job, apprenticeship opportunities, presentation skills and teamwork. They are also given the opportunity to speak directly with industry representatives about their jobs and pathways into careers.
